FORWARDING A CLAIM 

Prior to submitting a claim, make sure it is justified. Familiarise yourself with the general warranty conditions for the product on our homepage www.hestiadoors.com  

Send a mail to claim@hestiadoors.com and please enter as much detailed information as possible about the claim. Please add some photos to show the claim. 

The more information we receive about the damage, the faster the claim will be resolved. 

Do not install a defective product!  But if absolutely necessary, take a picture of the product before installation. Claims of mechanical damage after installation of the product will not be accepted! 

Transport damage must be noted on the transport consignment note.
